Stevie J, the pursed-lip producer who was arrested Monday for reportedly owing more than $1 million in child support, is home safe in the arms of his wife, Joseline Hernandez.

According to an exclusive interview granted to the Associated Press, the reality star is just happy to be home.

"It feels great. I'm home with my wife," Stevie J., whose real name is Steven Jordan, told AP shortly after posting $25,000 bond on Wednesday. "I'm just ready to get this behind me."

According to reports, the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star missed some 13 years of child-support payments for two children—a 17-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl—he had with a former girlfriend.

Documents seen by AP state that Jordan was ordered to pay $6,600 a month in child support in 1999. Two years later that amount increased to nearly $8,600.

"Steven Jordan failed to pay over $1 million in child support even while earning substantial income from his participation in a reality-television show," U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara told AP.

Prosecutors claim that Jordan earned $193,000 for his participation in the show and another "$100,000 from music royalties in the first eight months of 2013," AP notes.

"We plan on proving that if there is an amount owed, it is definitely not a million dollars, nor anything close to that amount," Daniel Meachum, Jordan's attorney, said in a statement.

AP notes that in New York, failure to pay child support is punishable by up to two years in prison.
