On a Tuesday-night CNN appearance, Van Jones made comments about Donald Trump’s “leaked” tax returns. And once again, he seemed to praise the president.
“If all we get tonight is that Donald Trump paid $38 million to America’s government, that’s a good night for Donald Trump,” Jones said. “I’m sorry, but there’s just really no way—I was hoping and praying that it would show not only did he pay no taxes, he actually charged the government and got money back.”
Those comments didn’t sit well with Ariane Bellamar, a former Trump model and reality-television actress, who isn’t a fan of Jones’ stumping for Trump now.
And sure, there’s nothing wrong with disapproving of Jones, but how about not calling him a “house nigger”?
It’s crazy how she felt comfortable and OK using the term, and yes, he’s been called that by his own people. And no, don’t lecture anyone on, “If it’s OK for black people to use it, why can’t white people use it?” Because not only is that tired and old, but you’re bound to get cussed out.
