Ray J’s wild night in May at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., is coming back to haunt him. The “I Hit It First” singer has now been charged with 10 misdemeanors.
On Monday Brandy’s 33-year-old brother received four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, two counts of vandalism and one count of sexual battery, TMZ reports.
Kim Kardashian’s ex is disputing the sexual-battery charge. Ray J says he accidentally brushed up against a woman’s behind, which the police also found to be unintentional. The district attorney, however, is still charging him.
The Bad Girls All-Star Battle host allegedly refused to leave the hotel and was confrontational with the valets. It’s alleged that once he was placed into custody, he kicked out the police car’s window and spat on an officer. Ray J told TMZ he kicked out the window because he was claustrophobic.
