Fantasia Barrino gave an exclusive interview to Good Morning America's Robin Roberts about her recent suicide attempt. In the interview, she talked about hurt, pain and trust issues and how she tried to take her life because she was " … tired of taking so many licks." She says that she didn't try to take her life over a man — it was six years of going through so many things with her family, finances and the media. While she acknowledged that the alleged affair with Antwaun Cook was a factor in her weariness, it was not ultimately what pushed her over the edge. Some people are already criticizing her because the timing of the interview coincides with the release of her new album Back to Me. She says that she has a new life coach. Hopefully he can help her value the life part.
