First, Business Insider reported that the governor would resign today following a New York Times bombshell according to a single unnamed source. This bombshell may have to do with rumors of Gov. Paterson’s extracurricular activities involving women who are not his wife. Now, they’re saying this won’t happen.
What’s definitely happening is Gov. Paterson is meeting today with Dem officials to discuss his political future, a future which may include resignation—for what we don’t yet know—or to announce he won’t be running for re-election.
