Of the 150 plaintiffs accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault and other crimes is a Jane Doe who claimed the rapper assaulted her when she was 13 years old. Her lawsuit also accuses an anonymous celebrity of taking part in the incident. Now, the internet is asking, “Who is it?!

The lawsuit says that in September 2007, she was snooping outside of Radio City Music Hall attempting to get into the MTV Video Music Awards. However, instead, she came across one of Combs’ limousines. The driver promised to take her to his award show after-party, mentioning that Combs “liked younger girls,” the suit says.

After being taken to Combs’ mansion, the suit says she was ordered to sign a nondisclosure agreement and offered a mixed drink. The suit says the drink made her feel lightheaded and she drifted off to an empty bedroom to lie down. However, Combs entered the room with a male and female labeled “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B.” The suit says Combs aggressively approached the teen with a “crazed look” in his eyes and exclaimed “You are ready to party!”

While disoriented, the lawsuit claims the male celebrity took her clothes off and raped her as Combs and the other female celebrity watched. Combs then allegedly raped the plaintiff while the two celebrities watched him. Combs tried to force the plaintiff into oral sex but she resisted by punching Combs in the neck, the lawsuit says, at which point she grabbed her clothes and managed to escape the home.

Aside from some social media users criticizing the plaintiff’s parents for not supervising their child, the filing intensified the public’s demand for all other anonymous figures mentioned in the court documents to have their identities exposed. Among the speculations are Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez or anyone currently campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris under the theory that they’re in cahoots with Combs.

“All I know is he went to the VMAs in 2000 with JLo. They were dating. Folks keep bringing up Beyonce but she doesn’t have any ties to Diddy from these years,” wrote one TikTok user, suggesting Jennifer Lopez was the mystery female celebrity mentioned in the lawsuit.

“We need NAMES!!! Celebrities should not be able to pay the victims off to keep their names private,” wrote another TikTok user, referencing the silent settling of some lawsuits that haven’t made it to public view.

“When children are involved, name the celebrity,” wrote one X user.

Tony Buzbee said in an Oct. 1 press conference he represents over 100 individuals — men and women — who claimed to have been sexually assaulted, raped or threatened by Combs. Out of the pool, a dozen plaintiffs had their lawsuits filed, many of which accused Combs of grooming and coercing minors for “sexual gratification” and to “assert dominance,” per court records.

Combs is now tons of sexual assault lawsuits deep on top of facing federal sex crime charges. He’s pleaded not guilty to the three-count indictment and was denied bail three times. He’s set to go to trial in May 2025.
