There are several mysteries in the world, and how Zach Galifianakis scored President Obama on his Funny or Die mock-talk show, Between Two Ferns, may now be the funniest, if not the biggest.
Ferns features host Galifianakis and his guest sitting, in fact, between two gigantic ferns while the comedian asks extremely awkward questions. The Hangover star pulled no punches with the commander in chief in the six-minute clip that debuted early Tuesday morning.
On Obama's lame-duck presidency:
"Is it going to be hard in two years, when you're no longer president and people will stop letting you win at basketball?"
On diplomatic relations:
"So how does this work, do you send Ambassador Rodman to North Korea on your behalf? I read somewhere that you’d be sending Hulk Hogan to Syria or is that more of a job for Tonya Harding?"
On presidential pardons:
"In 2013, you pardoned a turkey. What do you have planned for 2014?"
On being the first black president:
"What is it like to be the last black president?"
On the presidential library:
"Where do you plan on building your library, in Hawaii or your home country of Kenya?"
But the president dished a few jabs himself, praising the comedian's Hangover co-star Bradley Cooper for carrying the movie franchise. Obama told the host that running for a third time would be kind of like doing a third Hangover movie: "It didn't really work out very well did it?"
