And, to add insult to injury, he’s Black! And he gives interviews about being Black — one of which hit the internet the same day as the Cuba news. And he’s married to a Black woman. And he likes the NBA. And he has two Black children whose first names could easily be mistaken for one of the seven days of Kwanzaa.
I don’t know if it’s possible to have a Blacker day than Barack Obama is having today. This is past Peak Blackness and into some event horizon, gravitational time dilation Blackness, and I love it.
