Although may be best known as a player on the Showtime series, Ray Donovan, most of us got to know and love Marion “Pooch” Hall from BET’s The Game.

But what the 44-year-old actor is facing is anything but.

TMZ reports that Hall has just been criminally charged with one count of child endangerment and a DUI for driving drunk and letting his two-year-old son, Djulian, take the wheel.

Hall was arrested earlier this month in Burbank after a witness saw him driving with his toddler in his lap, holding the steering wheel and seemingly steering a car that smashed into a parked car.

At the time, Hall blew a .25, more than three times the legal limit of .08.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, but L.A., like most jurisdictions, takes drunk driving very seriously. The actor is looking at 6 and a half years in prison.

Too bad Tasha Mack can’t get him out of this one.
