Fresh from the "actually saying what a lot of people are thinking" file, the Rev. Jesse Jackson has called Dan Gilbert on the carpet for his open letter to LeBron James. Jackson says that Gilbert's bitter words sound as if he is talking to a runaway slave. He said the comments "personify a slave-master mentality" and should be challenged by the league. All of this over a basketball player? We wonder if LeBron still thinks it was a good idea to dump his team on prime-time television.
