YaVaughnie Phillips, former side piece of Oracle president and Obama advisor Charles Phillips, has decided to air Phillips out over their affair after he decided to return to his wife. How'd she do it? Billboards of course!

She paid around £30,000 for each of the posters - three in New York, one in Atlanta and one in San Francisco - where Wilkins lives and his technology company Oracle is based.

Wilkins, a writer and actress, spent a total of around £150,000 on her campaign.

Her extraordinary actions had the desired effect. The chief executive has been forced into an embarrassing public statement in which he admitted their affair.

'I had an eight-and-a-half year serious relationship with YaVaughnie Wilkins. The relationship with Ms Wilkins has since ended and we both wish each other well,' he said.

Phillips, 50, is a member of the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. He has recently been reconciled with his wife and is living in their home in Upper West Side, New York, with their son Chas, 10.

According to the New York Post, Mrs Phillips had filed for divorce last February but no further action has been taken.

Ouch. Ms. Wilkins certainly got her revenge and considering what he did, Mr. Phillips probably got what he had coming to him. Still, The Buzz can't help but recall the sage words of urban poet Elgin Lumpkin "you cheated on him for me/but you say just trust me/how am I to know/that you won't do it to me?"
