It's always a quick way to figure out who else is anti-gay. But people never wonder what consequences they'll face for that freedom of speech and opinion. Wanna know? Just ask Manny Pacquiao.

On the heels of comparing gay people to animals, the boxer has been dropped by Nike.

"We find Manny Pacquiao's comments abhorrent," Nike said in a statement. "Nike strongly opposes discrimination of any kind and has a long history of supporting and standing up for the rights of the LGBT community."

During an interview about his Senate run in the Philippines, Pacquiao was asked about his views on same-sex marriage.

"It's just common sense," Pacquiao said. "Have you seen any animal having male-to-male or female-to-female relations?"

Well, I guess it's just common sense for one of his biggest endorsers to give him the boot.
