In 2011, IMP Entertainment hired Nicki Minaj to perform at a NBA All-Star event. The company alleges that Minaj agreed to perform at midnight and for an hour. According to the New York Daily News, the company is now suing Minaj because not only was she 90 minutes late, but she performed for only 30 minutes.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday by Cahuenga Inc. on behalf of IMP, discloses that Minaj was paid $53,050 to cover her fees, and her late and brief performance on Feb. 19, 2011, in Hollywood, Calif., “defeated the entire purpose of the event.”

Cahuenga is suing for the payment it made to Minaj, as well as other unspecified damages.
