Nick Cannon has been keeping a relatively low profile as of late. But thanks to actor Orlando Brown, he’s back in the headlines once again and this time for something truly unbelievable.

It all started when Brown, who has a well-documented history of making some truly unhinged and chaotic claims, alleged on a recent Twitch Livestream with Deshae Frost that Cannon performed oral sex on him. He went on to say that the alleged sexual encounter was the reason his ex-wife Mariah Carey broke things off with him and called him a homophobic slur. Brown also alleged that there was some sort of relationship going on between the “Wild’N Out” host and comedian/actor Kevin Hart.

“Nick, you sucked my dick! And don’t you ever forget it. That’s why Mariah Carey left your a** and you’re lying nigga. Stop lying, running around here with Kevin Hart,” Brown said in part. “What, you running around with Kevin Hart for a break? You are sending animals to his house and why you all sending animals to each other? You niggas look weird doing that kind of shit by the billboards with people’s faces on it!”

Once the clips of the livestream began to circulate online, Cannon finally caught wind of it and responded in the comments section of the post on Hollywood Unlocked’s Instagram page. But instead of furthering tensions, Cannon took the high road writing:

“Man I love this brother Orlando! Sincerely I believe this young man is brilliant and beyond talented! It hurts me to see him crash out like this and truly disappointed in all these media outlets who continue to exploit him.”

In addition to fighting off salacious sex rumors, Cannon is also seemingly wrestling with the idea of a vasectomy. Having fathered 12 children already, the “Drumline” star has vascillated between whether or not he wanted make that decision. In a new clip of TMZ’s upcoming special Merry Elfin’ Christmas shared to PEOPLE on Tuesday, it seems he hasn’t gotten closer to making a decision — which means more kids could be coming down the line.

“I don’t know. I’m not against…shout out to everybody else who has ever done it,” he said before later describing having 12 children as a “rich man’s sport.”

Sharing how he likes having his current count of 12, Cannon added: “It’s definitely not [cheaper by the dozen]. It’s a rich man’s sport, I’ll tell you that.”
