CNN host and former criminal prosecutor Nancy Grace has been heavily criticized for what is seen as a lack of professionalism and tact in her treatment of the news of Whitney Houston's death — in particular, her insistence on speculating about foul play. (On Monday she appeared on CNN to ponder, "Who, if anyone, gave [Houston] drugs following alcohol and drugs?")
Today there's a YouTube audio clip circulating in which Pastor Shirley Caesar takes issue with Grace's speculation about drugs and attempts focus her conversation with Grace on the tragedy faced by Houston's family. It sounds as if Caesar was cut off midconversation when she didn't follow the host's preferred provocative talking points. Listen here:
