Ready to level up your Fenty game? Consider your next level “Unlocked”—one of three vivid new shades of Stunna Lip Paint ($24) arriving on February 12.
Giving us definite “Bad Gyal Barbie” vibes posing in all pink on the hood of a pink sports car, Rih models the first of her highly pigmented new shades, the very hot pink this writer has been craving since falling in love with Stunna’s universal red, “Uncensored,” in late 2017. The new shade appears neon pink in Fenty’s Instagram tease of the iconic conical bottle, but as always, the brand swatches the look on a variety of skin tones to give us the true tonal impact of the fire fuchsia shade you can expect to see me wearing all spring.
But never one to ignore a trend (Rih sets them, remember?) Fenty’s endorsing Pantone’s 2019 Color of the Year by releasing their own take on Living Coral, titled “Unattached.” Definitely not for the shy, this shade may actually be the refined neon promised above that you didn’t know you needed in your life.
Obviously, these two shades are ripe for Valentine’s Day, but we all know Rihanna’s never been afraid of the dark. To add to a low-end range that currently includes the chocolatey “Unveil” and the unapologetic black known as “Uninvited,” a “sultry purple” Stunna triumphantly named Undefeated is the next drama to be added to the arsenal of long-wearing lip paints. Fenty’s yet to drop their tease, but the intrepid internet also remains undefeated—in getting intel, that is.
Also on deck? New shades of Fenty’s famed Killawatt freestyle highlighter, in an Icy Mauve called “Wattabrat” and a pale silver named “Chillz.”
You feeling the love yet? Be ready when Unlocked, Unattached and Undefeated drop February 12 at Fenty Beauty, Sephora, Harvey Nichols, and Sephora at JCPenney.
