Michelle Obama had a few words for those in the Trump administration who are trying to undo her work when it comes to making sure children are provided with healthy school lunches.

On Friday, while speaking at an annual health conference, the former and forever first lady criticized the current administration for delaying federal rules that would make school meals healthier.

“You have to stop and think, ‘Why don’t you want our kids to have good food at school? What is wrong with you and why is that a partisan issue?’” Obama said. “Why would that be political?

“Moms, think about this. I don’t care what state you live in. Take me out of the equation, like me, don’t like me, but think about why someone is OK with your kids eating crap,” she said.

During Obama’s time as first lady, one of her biggest initiatives was the “Let’s Move” program, which aimed to provide healthier school lunches and make kids more physically fit. But if this administration has its way, gone are the regulations when it comes to how much sodium is included in school lunches, thanks to Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue.
