In 1994, then-President Bill Clinton signed the Violence Against Women Act into law, a move that protected women from domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. However, the House of Representatives recently voted to remove parts of the Act. MSNBC's Melissa Harris-Perry discussed the changes with a roundtable of guests that included Rep. Gwen Moore of Wisconsin, who's been vocal about her own experience with rape and domestic violence.
