As the president kicks off his bid for re-election, Karl Rove's super PAC has released an anti-Obama ad piecing together his cool moments — from dancing with Ellen DeGeneres and singing Al Green, to the time he caught that fly with one hand during an interview. Those are all good things, right?

Maybe not in everyone's opinion. The spot ends with the question, "After four years of a celebrity president, is your life any better?"

On Sunday's episode of Melissa Harris-Perry on MSNBC, the host asked whether "cool" is such a bad thing and explored whether President Obama really runs the risk of appearing un-presidential.
