Songstress Mariah Carey has confirmed that she is indeed pregnant. In an exclusive interview with Access Hollywood, she details the path to pregnancy with her husband, Nick Cannon. Carey made the announcement on The Today Show this morning, saying that she is due sometime in the spring. Gossip sites have been speculating that Carey is pregnant since she tied the knot with Cannon two years ago. Carey suffered a miscarriage and discussed how painful it was to be under such scrutiny during a painful period of time. Carey also has a new Christmas CD, Merry Christmas II You. We're glad that the rumors have been put to rest so we can stop hearing about it, and people can stop calling her names because of her expanding waistline. We're sure they feel really good about themselves right now.
