Nyong’o, who graduated from the Yale School of Drama, will make her New York stage debut this September in Eclipsed, a survival story set in postcolonial Africa. Nyong’o will team up with fellow actress Danai Gurira, who stars as The Walking Dead’s Michonne and wrote the play.
