On Tuesday, a Southern California woman filed a sexual-molestation lawsuit against Bill Cosby. Judy Huth claims that Cosby molested her at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 1974 when she was only 15. The lawsuit is the first to be filed since several women made other accusations of sexual assault over the past month.

Huth alleges that she met Cosby at a movie shoot and he invited her and a friend for drinks at a tennis club a week later. Huth’s lawsuit states that the comedian took them to the Playboy Mansion, where the suit alleges the molestation occurred, and that Cosby insisted that they tell everyone they were 19.

“This traumatic incident, at such a tender age, has caused psychological damage and mental anguish for the plaintiff that has caused her significant problems throughout her life,” the complaint said, according to Reuters.

Huth’s lawsuit comes on the heels of Cosby’s resignation from Temple University’s board of trustees on Monday.

“I have always been proud of my association with Temple University,” Cosby said in a statement on Monday. “I have always wanted to do what would be in the best interests of the university and its students.”

Cosby’s lawyer Martin Singer has not commented on the lawsuit or allegations. At last count, 20 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault.
