Kylie Jenner has reportedly settled a lawsuit in yet another case of an artist suing a member of the Kardashian clan for reappropriating jacking his or her stuff. This time, the reality-TV star and entrepreneur is accused of taking a visual artist’s work to promote her TV show.

Artist Sara Pope filed a voluntary case dismissal “with prejudice” over the weekend, the New York Daily News reports; the specifics of the settlement remain confidential.

At issue was a 2015 artistic work called Temptation Neon, which Pope said Jenner copied to promote her E! series, Life of Kylie. Pope claimed that the 20-year-old knowingly copied her work in social media posts and on video.

But this isn’t the first time Kylie has been sued for stealing.

In her original filing with the court, Pope highlighted a recent lawsuit that accused Jenner and her sister Kendall Jenner of using unlicensed photos of the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur for T-shirts that featured the sisters’ faces. As reported earlier by The Root, that photographer is also suing.

And older sister Khloé Kardashian has also been accused by a black female designer of ripping off her clothing.
