Kendrick Lamar’s victory lap continues. The Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper won big at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, taking home some of the biggest awards of the night.

In case you live under a rock, Kendrick Lamar’s epic Drake diss track “Not Like Us” was by far one of the summer’s biggest songs. Over an epic dance beat from producer Mustard, Lamar rapped all about the “Hold On We’re Going Home” singer, dragging him up and down on a song that would eventually make its way to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The song earned Grammys for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, and Best Music Video at the 2025 Grammys, five out of Lamar’s seven total nominations.

Accepting the award, Lamar dedicated to Los Angeles, shouting out various neighborhoods like Long Beach, Hollywood, San Bernardino and more. “This is my neck of the woods that held me down since a young buck,” he recalled. “I can’t give enough thanks to these places that I rolled around since high school.” He then took the time to honor the families who lost their homes in the fires, and called the ceremony a “true testament that we will continue to restore this city.” Check out the speech below.
