Yet another lawsuit has been filed against Kanye West by someone who used to work for him. And this one is a bit shocking...even for West.
Over the weekend, Ye’s former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, amended a previous lawsuit, claiming that the “Vultures” rapper sent her a screenshot of a text message thread between him and his wife Bianca Censori, where he allegedly wrote, “I wanna f**k your mum. Before she leaves.”
He allegedly also asked Pisciotta if she should’ve asked his wife if she wanted to watch.
During a run-in with Daily Mail Australia, Alexandra Censori refused to be “drawn into” the latest claims against West and declined to give them any attention. While Pisciotta originally filed the lawsuit against West in June, she amended it over the weekend to add several more heinous claims about the controversial music figure.
In her original suit, she claims that after being hired to be Ye’s personal assistant in July 2021, he sent her several inappropriate sexual text messages, videos, and photos. She alleged that after being fired in October 2022, he offered to pay her $3 million in severance, but she never received the payment, according to TMZ.
In her amended lawsuit, Pisciotta added that she was she was drugged and sexually assaulted by West at a party hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
According to legal papers obtained by the New York Post, Pisciotta said the party occurred years before she worked for West. She claims while at a studio in Santa Monica, Ye ordered gusts to drink or leave the social gathering.
After taking a few sips, Pisciotta recalled feeling “disoriented and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state.”
She said she woke up the next morning not remembering anything that occurred the night before at the studio session. The person she went to the party with, who was not named in the suit, was “too traumatized to speak about what occurred.”
Pisciotta claims that before she was fired by Ye, the mogul confessed to “hooking up” with her after she was allegedly drugged that night.
This is just one of many lawsuits filed by Ye’s former workers. In a suit filed in April, Benjamin Deshon Provo, a Black man, filed a suit in Los Angeles claiming that the “Vultures” rapper treated his Black staffers worse than his white staffers, paying them less money than their white co-workers.
In another suit, Trevor Phillips claims that West did many odd and inappropriate things including watching “The Batman” on mute, pretending to “please” himself in front of others, threatening to punch a staffer, and ranting about the greatness of Adolf Hitler. He also recalled a time when Ye shared his plans to install a jail in Donda Academy as a way to punish students, according to Rolling Stone.
