While the 2025 Grammys red carpet saw its fair share of fashion highs and lows, easily the lowest low is the stunt Kanye West pulled with his wife Bianca Censori on the red carpet...and social media let him know just how repulsive they found it.
For context, Ye hasn’t been seen at the popular awards show since 2015. He last appeared with his then-wife Kim Kardashian. However, it looks like his hiatus is now over as he and his new wife Censori took to downtown Los Angeles for a jaw-dropping moment. Things started off calm when they first arrived and waited for their turn for pictures on the carpet.
Ye and Censori decided to match by wearing all-black fits, with the “Donda” rapper opting for a simple black shirt, pants and shoes and his wife a large black fur coat.
However, it was when she slinkily slid the coat off and revealed she was wearing a sheer dress underneath—and we do mean, sheer, that caused quite the commotion on the carpet and on social media.
For years now, West and Censori -- who bears more than a passing likeness to his ex-wife Kim Kardashian -- have been photographed together, with the latter wearing increasingly provocative outfits that have everyone questioning if Censori is under some sort of mind control...or if she’s simply being emotionally abused, or worse.
“Kanye West parading around his silent naked wife like a guy who treats women really normal,” wrote one person on X/Twitter.
“Kanye West is a narcissistic, abusive piece of shit, hiding behind mental illness. He’s stripped his wife of all clothes and self respect, she’s nothing but a puppet, meanwhile he’s of course, ALWAYS fully clothed. This isn’t ‘art’ - it’s abuse. At what point is enough enough?” said another.
“Kanye West making his wife show up naked to an awards show is a form of abuse. I’m embarrassed for her cause she has no shame,” another wrote.
“Kanye West and his wife Bianca reminding me why Hollywood is in fact Hollyweird,” said one other user.
Rumors spread that the couple were removed from the ceremony over the outfit, but according to PEOPLE, the couple walked the red carpet, jumped in their car and left.
