The teen who allegedly called Kim Kardashian everything but a child of God and then received a reported ungodly beat-down from Yeezus has settled with the rapper out of court and received a massive six-figure payday, New York's Daily News reports.
The unidentified 18-year-old, who was alleged to have called Kim "a slut" and a "n—ger lover," received a $250,000 civil settlement with Kanye West after the rapper allegedly attacked him inside a Beverly Hills medical-office building Jan. 13, TMZ reports.
A source who spoke with the Daily News claims that the teen had been "ducking" the police while looking to speak with Kanye's people to discuss a monetary settlement.
"He initiated something with Kanye's reps, an overture for money," the source told the Daily News. While the teen is reportedly satisfied with the financial resolution and has no intention of pursuing criminal charges, the Daily News notes that Beverly Hills Police submitted evidence in the misdemeanor battery case to the Los Angeles district attorney earlier this week, and the evidence is "under review," a DA spokeswoman told the Daily News.
It is reported that on the day in question, Kardashian was looking to gain entry into a medical-office building, but when paparazzi began to block the entrance, she returned to her car. After the photographers reassured her that she wouldn't be harassed, she returned to the building, where the teen was holding the door. He began yelling at the photographers, reportedly calling them "n—gers."
When the reality star chided the teen for his inappropriate language, his verbal assault turned on her. "F—k you, bitch. Just trying to help. Shut up, n—ger lover, stupid slut," the teen allegedly shouted.
According to a Daily News source, the teen also threatened the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star with physical harm. "He threatened to hit her. He said, 'I bet I could beat you,' " the source told the Daily News, referring to the teen.
"She's tiny, and if someone is following you screaming, 'Slut! N—-er lover! C—t,' you don't know if you're dealing with an insane person who will go postal and hurt you," the source told the Daily News. "She was so upset, she was crying."
According to TMZ, West arrived at the medical building, found the teen and unleashed a pummeling that including punching the teen more than 30 times.
