Just in case you’ve been living life under a rock this weekend, or overdosed on barbecue at the family cookout, Kanye West is officially a married man after tying the knot with reality-TV star Kim Kardashian. Earlier Tuesday, Kanye tweeted a photo from the highly talked-about wedding:
According to E Online, Kanye wore a custom Givenchy tuxedo and Kim donned a Givenchy Haute Couture lace gown and a long silk veil during the ceremony. Of course the newlyweds’ wedding event came with its fair share of drama.
First it was reported that Rob Kardashian, although he traveled to Italy to attend the wedding, actually left because he was ashamed of his weight gain. Then there was the alleged wedding snub of Jay Z and Beyoncé, who most assumed would attend the wedding because Jay and Kanye are best friends for life.
But don’t fret—instead of attending the wedding, Beyoncé posted her wedding wishes for the couple on Instagram:
