The rapper, designer and superhero whose resumé for a post-Thanos substitute Avenger claims his “Make America Great Again” hat gives him superpowers, made an appearance with a Chicago mayoral candidate but bounced after five minutes because he probably got a call to save a child from a burning building or wanted to watch a Trump rally.

According to USA Today, Kanye West appeared alongside fellow Chicago native and future winner of the 2021 Nobel Prize for Black Excellence, Chance the Rapper, at a sidewalk stump speech for Amara Enyia on Chicago’s South Side on Tuesday. Enyia is a candidate for mayor after current Mayor Rahm Emmanuel announced that he will not seek re-election to spend more time with his mentor, Satan.

Kanye stood beside Chance the Extraordinary Gentleman, briefly responding to Enyia’s chant of: “Whose city is this?” by replying “Our city!” West stayed for about five minutes, according to reports, before telling Chance, “I’ve got to bounce” and disappearing as if his mentor Thanos Trump had finally gathered all the stupidity stones.

Enyia still gave props to Ye for donating $73,540 to her campaign to settle the debt for her 2015 campaign for mayor, explaining that she doesn’t share Kanye’s love for President Trump but that she appreciates the help from the hip-hop conservative.

Chance endorsed Enyia for the 2019 mayoral race while Kanye has endorsed free thought while admitting that he doesn’t read books.
