Kansas Man Reportedly Spits on Preschooler and Calls Him N-Word, but Relax, He’s a Firefighter

Apparently nauseated by a preschool-age boy’s insistence on being black, a customer at a restaurant reportedly spat on the child and referred to the child as a “nigger,” according to multiple witnesses.

KCTV-5 reports that witnesses watched as a small child was temporarily separated from his family, wandering off while they were attending a party inside an Overland Park, Kan., Hooters, celebrating with 20-30 guests. When the parents came to collect the child, one of the restaurant’s more-racist-inclined patrons decided to assist the parents of the boy by instructing them how to retrieve their son.

The person who saw the incident reports that the man spat at the kid and used racial epithets toward the little boy. “He basically said get that little ‘blank’ up off the floor,” the witnesses told the television station. “The n-word started to get thrown around.”

The people in the restaurant expected fisticuffs to follow, but instead of shoving one of the shitty Hooters hot wings down the man’s throat, the family of the boy decided to call the cops. Besides, the offender was already eating at Hooters, which is a kind of punishment in and of itself.

When Overland Park’s finest arrived at the restaurant, the spitter assured the cops that everything was OK by telling the police that he was a first responder.

I don’t know what that means, but I often hear people say that the NFL players who knelt during the anthem were disrespecting first responders. Also, whenever anything happens in this country, Donald Trump is always up early to give his first response on Twitter. I’m pretty sure “first responder” is Caucasian code for “white.”

“I didn’t catch what the officer said to him, but his immediate response was ‘It’s OK, I’m a fireman,’ like that was supposed to blanket cover everything for him,” the witness said.

Shockingly (which is Negro code for “not a damn bit surprisingly”), the cops didn’t arrest the man hocking loogies at a toddler in Hooters. Even though the officers say there were “several witnesses,” and despite the fact that authorities say the man could be charged with battery and making a criminal threat, the Overland Park Police Department says it needs to speak with the family of the child one more time.

You must admit, it takes a special kind of hate for someone to focus their hate on a child even when surrounded by beer, chicken wings, and women roaming around with their breasts and butt cheeks out. I applaud the family who decided to handle this incident with the law instead of doing what I would have done.

Had anyone spat on a small child in my presence, much less my own, no one would have called this an example of racism or a hate crime. They would likely have used another phrase to describe his actions:

His last response.
