Two members of the San Francisco 49ers, including star quarterback Colin Kaepernick, and a Seattle Seahawks player have been named in a "suspicious incident" report by a woman who told police that she woke up in a hospital with no idea how she got there, CSN Bay Area News reports.

"There's no evidence of a crime or a sexual assault," Miami Police Department spokesman Rene Pimentel told the Bay Area News Group. "This report is simply an incident report taken at the woman's request."

Kaepernick, Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, and 49ers wide receiver Quinton Patton have been in Miami working out at Bommarito Performance Systems since the second week of February, CSN Bay Area reports.

According to the police report viewed by the sports site, the woman said she visited Kaepernick at the Miami apartment of Lockette on April 1 around 9 p.m. Patton was also there, she said. She said that she mixed shots for the men and was told that she had to "hit" the marijuana bong before they could drink the shots. She told police that she felt light-headed afterward and went to the bedroom to lie down and that Kaepernick followed. The woman told police that she didn't have sex with the quarterback, but the next thing she remembered was waking up in the hospital with no idea how she got there.

Miami Police told CSN Bay Area that the investigation is ongoing.

As reports began to emerge that Kaepernick, considered to be the face of the San Francisco franchise, was involved in an investigation, 49er General Manager Trent Baalke issued the following statement viewed by the sports site: "The 49ers organization is aware of the recent media report regarding Colin Kaepernick and is in the process of gathering the pertinent facts."
