In addition to befriending white supremacists, Vivek Ramaswamy has decided to attack journalists who call him out on his hateful rhetoric. On Sunday during Turning Point USA’s Americafest in Arizona, the GOP presidential candidate said that CNN commentator Van Jones should “just shut the f–k up” after the media personality critiqued him.

Jones has stated that he was “shaking” during the fourth GOP debate while watching Ramaswamy speak because he was watching “the rise of an American demagogue.” Jones also said in reference to the candidate:

“And the smug, condescending way that he just spews this poison out, is very, very dangerous. Because he won’t stop Trump, but he’s going to outlive Trump by about 50 years. You’re watching the rise of an American demagogue that is a very, very despicable person. And I literally, I was— I was shaking listening to him talk because a lot of people don’t know. That is one step away from Nazi propaganda coming out of his mouth.”

Ramaswamy hit back in a room full of his proudest supporters. “And then you get the mainstream media, you got this character Van Jones on CNN afterwards saying, ‘This is the rise of an American demagogue who’s gonna live 50 years longer than Trump,” he stated.

“This is dangerous, I am shaking,’ that’s what he says. Just shut the f**k up. At a certain point, just shut the f**k up. We’re done with it.” Ramaswamy may not like what Jones has said about him—but that’s because Jones is 100% correct in his assessment.

Ramaswamy has openly supported “great replacement theory,”denied white supremacy and compared a Black congresswoman to the Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan. He is a a dangerous man who does spew Nazi propaganda—and it’s a damn shame he has a shot at the presidency.
