No one will ever know what Prince wanted done with his estate after he passed away because he didn’t leave a will. But on Friday, a judge ruled that his siblings will inherit his $200 million estate.

Minnesota’s County Carver County District Judge Kevin Eide said that the rightful heirs to the estate were Tyka Nelson and five half-siblings: Sharon Nelson, Norrine Nelson, John Nelson, Omarr Baker and Alfred Jackson.

Since Prince’s death in 2016, more than 45 other people have come forward claiming to be either his children or wives, and those claims have yet to be decided on. Eide stated that the estate will not be distributed without a court order, and he’s making sure that the distribution won’t affect the other claims.

Prince’s family, of course, has raised issues about the delay of distribution, saying that prolonging it will diminish the estate. The estate is currently estimated at $200,000,000, but as we all know, the taxman cometh and will likely take half.
