Karrueche Tran’s court date didn’t go as planned because she was a no-show in her quest to get a permanent restraining order against Chris Brown.

A Los Angeles County judge denied the request after the actress failed to appear in court. But according to Tran’s rep, she was working on location and didn’t realize that she couldn’t phone into the court appearance. Brown was also a no-show, which isn’t shocking.

According to TMZ, Tran was granted another court date and has to give at least a 12-day notice if she plans to appear in court by phone. Of course, Brown had a few words about the court date via social media.

Jacob York, Tran’s manager, tweeted about the court findings, particularly the fact that the judge ruled that Brown had been officially served court papers weeks ago:

And just like the petulant person that he is, Brown couldn’t help responding:

Guess we’ll all see on June 15. I don’t expect Brown to show up then, either.
