Tasha Smith is probably going to have herself a merry little Christmas. No divorce is easy, regardless of the process, but the actress is probably very happy that a judge recently annulled her marriage on the grounds that her husband is a fraud, TMZ reports.
Rory Douglas reportedly had been married five times before marrying Smith, had more kids than he claimed and hadn't paid his taxes in nearly 10 years—all facts that Smith says she was not privy to.
Smith argued that this "secret life" was not the "man of faith" image he presented to her during their courtship. A judge agreed, saying, "She in no way would have jumped within a few months at the chance to be bride No. 6."
Smith had once been ordered to pay Douglas spousal support, so she's probably very happy about this decision.
