Halloween is right around the corner, and many of us are already celebrating early. But a recent photo posted on Reddit caught the attention of plenty of folks. One person decided to celebrate Halloween dressed up as Ray Rice while dragging along a black blow-up doll that is supposed to be Janay Rice. In the world of tasteless costumes, this man’s costume probably tops the list.
The Rice family has been under scrutiny after Ray was caught on camera brutally abusing his wife, Janay, in an elevator at an Atlantic City, N.J., hotel. Although Ray Rice initially received a two-day suspension, he was eventually suspended indefinitely after the videotape surfaced in August.

But no one took more issue with it than Janay Rice herself. Janay, who has recently been active on Twitter, posted the following tweet on her account after seeing TMZ tweet about the photo:

I honestly don’t blame her for feeling the way she does. The costume is tasteless and insensitive. It takes a special type of jerk to think it’s OK to make fun of domestic violence.
