50 Cent’s much-anticipated Las Vegas residency that started last month has not been getting a lot of positive feedback.

Last week in a video posted to social media, Las Vegas tour guide Jennifer Gay gave a scathing review of Fiddy’s Sin City show. “The sound was balanced poorly making it impossible to hear the performance. His hypemen were unrelenting and overbearing making it difficult to hear anything but their echos. The stage design and graphics felt like they were organized 15 minutes before the show with a Chat GPT prompt for ’90’s hip hop images.

“During the build up to this show, 50’s publicists suggested this would be an unforgettable night full of surprises and energy,” she continued. “The only surprise was the lack of energy. There was almost no crowd engagement, the calls for an ‘encore’ began 63 minutes into the performance and he returned to do another 15 minutes before unceremoniously leaving the stage without so much as a thank you.”

Ja Rule caught wind of the review, and of course, he got his jokes in. “Not the worst,” he wrote on X, punctuating the tweet with laughing emojis.

50 Cent is often in the driver’s seat as far as trolling goes, so it’s interesting to see the Queens rapper play the victim in this case. But he and Ja have been beefing for the better part of 25 years.

In 2024, the two traded words multiple times on social media.

In March, during an appearance on “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” the “Pain Is Love” rapper opened up about his history with 50, claiming that he beat his hip-hop rival in a fistfight.

When Piers asked if the two previously fought, Ja said, “That’s happened already too, Piers. You gotta do your research.”

It seems that their beef will continue in 2025.
