Now, here’s a reason not to be insecure: Constant fave Issa Rae announced this week that she will be hosting the 2018 CFDA Awards. The awards, which will take place June 4, are held annually by the Council of Fashion Designers of America and are the biggest awards in fashion each year, honoring style icons and emerging and established talent alike. It also garners its share of fashion moments, which is why we can’t wait to see what one of our favorite funny girls will be wearing for her hosting duties.

While we’re thrilled that Rae will be at the podium this year, it should be noted that the CFDAs are no stranger to #BlackGirlMagic. Past honorees have included Janelle Monáe and Rihanna, who famously showed up to accept her award wearing this showstopping sheer number in 2014:

So it’s no wonder that we can’t help speculating about what Rae—who happens to be built like a model—will be wearing at this year’s awards. And in case you’re thinking our priorities are in the wrong place, check out why the CFDAs chose this style star:

Not only has Rae’s content garnered millions of views online and two consecutive Best Actress Golden Globe nominations for HBO’s Insecure. She is also a fashion favorite and celebrates American fashion on the red carpet, having worn Marc Jacobs, Prabal Gurung, Vera Wang, Narciso Rodriguez, Rosie Assoulin, and more.

The president and CEO of the CFDA, Steven Kolb, also had this to say: “Issa Rae is leading a new generation of performers who use their voice and humor to discuss social topics in a way that is relatable and poignant.”

We couldn’t agree more. And just to give us a little taste of what we might be looking forward to on June 4, here’s a little retrospective of some of our recent favorite looks from Rae (hint: pretty much all of them):
