According to Show Biz Spy, Jennifer Hudson "shocked with her skinny appearance at the Oscars this past Sunday" and "shocked onlookers with her almost skeletal frame."
Citing the 2008 murder of Hudson's mother, brother and nephew, the site speculates that emotional turmoil might be behind her "wasting away."
Stop it. While there's no doubt that there's a lot going on in her personal life, she looks decidedly non-wasted. In fact, Hudson doesn't appear too far off from the size that, on Beyoncé, is regularly deemed "voluptuous" and "curvy" (with hints that it must take a feat of self-confidence to accept such a less-than-stick-thin frame).
Seems like it's never been more true that when it comes to celebs and weight loss these days: You're damned if you lose and damned if you don't.
