Tampa, Fla., resident Aisha Jean Clark was arrested after allegedly posting a shocking picture on Instagram. Her account is private, but according to the Daily Mail, her friends saw it and contacted authorities. The picture apparently showed Clark, age 25, dangling her baby over a 12-foot balcony by his right arm.

Clark said she did it to prove a point. She is quoted as saying, “I can do what I want with my baby. Nobody can stop me.”

Clark isn’t the first person to face legal repercussions for things they post on social media, and judging by the frequency with which it happens, she won’t be the last.
