It looks like the city of Chicago isn’t for actress Taraji P. Henson, as she is selling not one— but her two high-rise condos with gorgeous city-lake views. The adjoining condos are now on the market for a combined $3.37 million dollars.
Don’t worry, if the package deal for both condos isn’t your vibe, they each are selling for $1.9 million. The larger condo is just over 2,500 square feet, but combined with the neighboring unit, you get more than 4,700 square feet to call home.
Both condos sit inside “the newest and best building on the lake” according to Realtor.com where they are both listed. With marble flooring, floor to ceiling windows, and even a smart fridge, these units are modern takes on comfortable living.
