Whether you call him Michael “Bae” Jordan, Michael “Jailbait” Jordan or Michael “You remind me of my little brother” Jordan *raises hand*, there’s no denying that since his breakout role in Fruitvale Station, Michael B. Jordan has become one to watch (bonus points if you remember him from nighttime drama Parenthood). And with his very buff turns in 2015's Oscar-nominated Creed and this year’s blockbuster, Black Panther, the actor and producer became a bona fide movie star (and sex symbol, if he doesn’t remind you of your little brother).

And legacy brand Coach has taken notice, announcing on Thursday that Jordan will be the new global face of their Coach Men’s line, beginning in 2019.

We know, we know: Time to dust off those bucket bags and logo sneakers—after all, logos are back in a major way, y’all. Or better yet, get into some new Coach, since they clearly have excellent taste. Online commenters are already coveting the classic logo hoodie Jordan wears in the brand’s IG announcement—or maybe just the man in it.

But in all seriousness, we applaud the brand for recruiting Jordan, who’s been regularly making style statements on the red carpet, to continue infusing new flavor into the enduring 77-year-old label. Creed II will be out on November 21; Jordan will be blessing Coach’s campaigns soon thereafter.
