All the rumors are true—Lizzo has finally accomplished a major health goal! And now she’s showing off and celebrating her success.

As we’ve previously reported, Lizzo has been locked in when it comes to her fitness and weight loss journey for months now. In addition to eating right and working out with celebrity body transformation specialist Corey Calliet (who famously trained Michael B. Jordan for both the “Black Panther” and “Creed” franchises), Lizzo has been hitting the gym and going hard in an attempt to regain control of her weight.
