Guilt by Association or Cover-Up: New Charges in Videotaped Charter School Beating

Is this a case of guilt by association or a cover-up? Two teachers, a principal and the superintendent have been charged in connection with a videotaped beating at a Houston charter school. Sheri Lynn Davis, a 40-year-old former teacher at Jamie's House Charter School, is facing charges of injury to a child for her role in the incident. The others are being charged with failure to report abuse in what the child's parents have called a cover-up. Davis is facing 10 years in prison, while the others face up to 1 year in prison. Guess it doesn't pay to look away.
