Gladys Knight’s Signature Chicken & Waffles restaurant in Atlanta scored a measly 57 out of 100 possible points during a recent health inspection, according to the Alanta Journal-Constitution.
City officials found a cooler with a missing door, “heavy debris” on the ceilings and vents, and violations connected to handwashing, which leads to risks of foodborne illnesses, AJC explains.
Things went very well during the restaurant’s last inspection; the shop scored a 94. The Chicken & Waffles will undergo another health inspection within 10 days, so hopefully Knight can whip the restaurant’s employees into shape and keep it clean and sanitary.
