Another day, another Ray J moment. But this time around, his allegations are doing more than getting folks talking, they’re causing serious questions as to what kind of mess he may have gotten himself into.

As you may remember, we told you around Halloween how he was almost caught in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ kids’ crosshairs when they tried to provoke an altercation after leaving a party. Not too long after, a bizarre “interview” between him and rapper Nicki Minaj left everyone scratching their heads trying to figure out what the point was of their entire conversation.

Now, the “One Wish” singer is causing chatter again thanks to not one, not two, but three different scenarios as of Tuesday. But don’t worry, we’ll break it all down:

Ray J Lowkey Threatens Pastor Jamal Bryant

In a since-expired Instagram story post on Tuesday, Ray J told his fans and followers that he had recently recorded an interview with megachurch pastor Jamal Bryant for his podcast, “The Jamal Bryant Podcast: Let’s Be Clear.” And while the episode hasn’t dropped yet, it’s clear that Ray J wasn’t feeling some of the content of the discussion as evidenced by his message to Bryant in the video.

“I got nothing but love for Pastor Bryant. Shoutout to Jamal Bryant, Vaughn Alvarez but if y’all play that interview, somebody getting snatched off the pulpit,” he said as captured by The Jasmine Brand. “Don’t play the interview, it’s not cleared, it’s out of bounds. Me and Pastor Bryant need to talk because the way I was treated was dirty and illegal and I don’t like it. And I don’t want nobody to play that fucking interview.”

Bryant later responded to Ray J’s video in a post to Instagram late on Tuesday, writing in part:

It was both surprising and disheartening to wake up to unfounded threats and baseless accusations directed at me. As part of our commitment to honest dialogue, we ensured that specific comments with potential legal ramifications were edited out of the interview to safeguard the best interest of a brother beloved...

...Though private agreements have now been brought into the public eye, I refuse to be embroiled in a battle that demeans our community and all that I stand for. I love my brother unconditionally and I stand on my agreed promise.

Ray J Alleges Someone Tried to Kill Him

Not too long after that post, Ray J would later hop back on Instagram Live to allege that someone tried to kill him by shooting at him. Though clearly irate, he didn’t make it clear whether the shooting was in reference to his issue with Bryant, the aforementioned issues he had with Diddy’s sons, or something else entirely.

“Niggas just tried to shoot me, tried to kill me nigga, and you want me to apologize, nigga? Fuck you!” he said.

Ray J Alleges Certain Celebrities Are Paying Off Diddy “Freak Offs” Victims

As if the two previously mentioned scenarios weren’t enough, now the “Last Wish” singer is alleging that certain celebrities have been paying alleged victims from Diddy’s notorious “freak off” parties to keep their names out of all the drama.

Ray J said as much in a new clip from TMZ and Tubi’s recently released documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs.” Speaking to TMZ’s Harvey Levin, Ray J said he’d been hearing about certain celebrities using their money to make sure they don’t suffer any backlash from Diddy’s alleged debauchery.

“Here’s what I do know: people do catch and kills all day. A catch and kill, of course you know, but for the regular world—somebody has the truth, somebody pays you to keep it quiet. And hopefully that money that you got paid secures your happiness while you watch the lie continue to succeed,” he explained.

He went on to confirm that deals like that were currently going on and that alleged high profile people who may have had some negative dealings with Diddy are reaching out to him in the hopes that he can tell their story.

“I said it, so what. Now they got to be mad. Come get me, fuck it,” he said.
