Holder wasn't the only person targeted by Yafait Tadesse and Eyaso Abebe, who somehow got a hold of Holder's private information, including his Social Security number, and filed a tax return in his name.

According to the Journal, fraudulent income tax returns are an increasing problem, and one that Holder and the Department of Justice have been trying to fight.
