More allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs have come to light, this time from a former employee of the Bad Boy Records founder. Combs is currently facing numerous civil lawsuits and federal charges, as we have reported, and a brand new suit has just made its way disgraced rapper.
Phillip Pines, who allegedly worked for Combs between 2019 and 2021, is suing him for “sexual battery, sex trafficking and intentional infliction of emotional distress among other claims,” according to the lawsuit obtained by PEOPLE.
The suit, reportedly filed on Monday, contains details of Pines treated as Combs’ “personal lackey...” “an animal playing fetch in order to prove his loyalty.” Per the suit, the rapper instructed him numerous times to set up either hotel rooms or Combs’ bedroom with “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana joints, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, astro glide, towels, illegal drugs, and power banger sex machines.”
According to Pines claims, he was expected to be “on call” for days, which is as long as the coined “Wild King Nights” would allegedly last.
The complaint also states that on other occasions he was expected to bring “extra baby oil, astro glide, marijuana, sex toys, Plan B, Cialis or illegal drugs,” to the rooms as well. He was then told to remove all evidence including “drugs, condoms, sex toys, and bodily stains and urine from the sheets and furniture,” as well as video footage on Combs’ personal devices. He was also instructed to provide large tips to cleaning services and “make sure no one spoke afterward about the events.”
Pines also alleged that the rapper “pushed him” to have sex with with one of his female guests.
Combs’ legal team released a statement to PEOPLE in the wake of the lawsuit. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement reads. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
As we reported, Combs was arrested in Manhattan by federal authorities in September on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution, six months after they raided his two homes in Los Angeles and Miami. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bail, with his trial is set for May 2025.
In addition to the federal charges, he also faces various allegations against him, including sexual abuse, physical abuse, bribery, and various drug offenses. Diddy is currenlty being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
