On the heels of a change in NCAA rules that now allows student athletes an unlimited number of meals, Florida State University's Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston was allegedly caught shoplifting crab legs from a Publix supermarket.

Crab. Legs.

How do you shoplift crab legs? Do you grab them out of the tank and stuff them down your pants? Or do you bring a ziplock baggie with you?

According to Tomahawknation, the incident occurred Tuesday and Winston was issued a citation. The crime of shoplifting crab legs is considered a misdemeanor.

The Leon County Sheriff's Department in Tallahassee will be holding a 2 p.m. news conference on Wednesday to discuss the new allegations against Winston. The last press conference Tallahassee police held in Jameis' honor was related to the rape allegations made last year.

Reactions to the quarterback's latest run-in with the law have been largely comical, but some have also pointed out the serious rape allegations and a possible issue with boundaries.

A source inside FSU, now being called Free Seafood University, told Tomahawknation that Winston will be fined $30, required to do community service, and suspended from the baseball team.
