The fallout from Funny Marco’s cringey ass interview with Southside and G Herbo has been an online talking point for days. The comedian hosted the two artists on his series “Open Thoughts.”
Within 10 minutes of the interview, Southside and G Herbo were hurling insults at Marco, calling him a “d**k head,”a “f**king idiot” and telling him to “shut the f**k up.” They also allegedly broke Marco’s $30k watch.
After fans labeled the pair disrespectful, ignorant and downright rude (they also called out Southside’s disturbingly dirty jeans), Marco took to Facebook to explain his side of things:
“I understand a lot of y’all mad about the interview I was upset while it was going on but I understand I got a job to do & one thing about me I respect people on my show. I didn’t want to match they Energy it’s so many L’s I took on my Journey I wish I could show I don’t hide anything so I feel it was only right to put the episode out myself. and just learn from that episode & move on. Thank who support me it’s a mindset thing.”
Southside went to Instagram to respond to the Marco directly:
“If you a bitch-ass n*gga just stay the f**k from around me. I got enough bitches. I don’t need more bitches around me… Just leave me the f**k alone. I don’t gotta be nobody’s friend. I’m rich, young, successful, I’m not a rapper. I’m a producer, I don’t have to do f**king interviews. For a n*gga to get on there saying he’s scared, you a h*e. You ain’t have to put it out h*e-ass n*gga. Now I really want to press you because you a bitch. You a grown man… Herb wasn’t even doing nothing to that man. That’s how them folks play. It’s cool for a n*gga to get on there and say slick shit to a n*gga.”
The truth is Southside and G Herbo were disrespectful for no damn reason and if Marco was uncomfortable he should have cut the interview off then and there.
